Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, used, or altered.
Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to: personalized products, perishable goods, and gift cards.
2. How to Return an Item

2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send back your item.
3. Ship Your Return: Pack the item securely, include the Return Authorization Number, and ship it to the address provided. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Refund Issuance: If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
